Sendslay
Permission-based email marketing

Email marketing
that actually lands.

Sendslay helps small businesses send the campaigns their subscribers actually asked for — from their own authenticated domain, with the consent trail, the unsubscribe handling and the pre-send checks that keep them out of the spam folder.

Inside Sendslay

Grow the list you have. Keep the trust you earned.

Testing, segments, automations and local send times — built on the same rules that protect your inbox placement.

See what happened

Delivered, bounced, opened and clicked for every campaign — scanner opens filtered out, and a per-recipient list you can export.

Deliverability first

The parts that decide the inbox

Not a hundred features you will never open — the ones that decide whether your email reaches the inbox.

Your domain, authenticated

Add your sending domain and we generate the DKIM, SPF, DMARC and custom MAIL FROM records for you. Re-check DNS from the dashboard whenever you like — sending stays blocked until every record verifies.

Preflight before every send

We check the sender domain is verified, the audience is not empty, the subject and body exist, your postal address is on file and your own email is confirmed. Anything missing blocks the send instead of burning your list.

Suppression that never reverses

An unsubscribe is suppressed for your account the moment it happens, and a later import cannot undo it. A suppressed address can only move to a stronger reason, never back to mailable.

One-click unsubscribe, done properly

Every campaign carries a working unsubscribe link plus the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers that Gmail and Yahoo now require. One click — no login, no reason, no form.

Consent on every subscriber

Import from CSV or Excel with duplicate detection, and record where the permission came from, when, and from which IP. That record is what you produce if anyone ever asks.

Campaigns that go out once

Merge tags with fallbacks so an empty field renders your word instead of a gap, a plain-text version generated for you, preview and a test send to yourself. Large sends are queued and paced, and a retry never mails the same person twice.

How it works

Three steps to your first send

01

Connect your domain

Add your sending domain and publish the DNS records we generate — DKIM, SPF, DMARC and MAIL FROM. Hit re-check and we tell you which ones are live and which are still missing.

02

Bring your subscribers

Import a list you already own from CSV or Excel. Duplicates are caught on the way in, and you record how the permission was obtained as you import.

03

Run preflight and send

Build the campaign, send yourself a test, then send now or schedule it. Anything that would go out broken stops the send rather than reaching your list.

Sending standards

We are strict about consent

Good deliverability is not a setting you switch on — it is a set of rules everyone on the platform follows. Ours are not negotiable, and that is what protects your inbox placement.

Read the sending policy
  • Recipients must have opted in. Purchased, rented and scraped lists are prohibited.
  • Every message carries a working one-click unsubscribe link and the matching RFC 8058 headers.
  • Every message carries your postal address. No address on file, no send.
  • Unsubscribes are permanent — a later import cannot put a suppressed address back on your list.

Not built yet

What Sendslay cannot do today

Sendslay is new. Rather than let you find this out after you have imported a list, here is what is missing — all of it is on the roadmap, none of it is running right now.

Coming soon

Outbound webhooks

Your own systems can send events to us, but we cannot yet push delivery, open or click events back out to you.

Coming soon

Published API documentation

API keys with per-key scopes exist, but the reference for them is not public yet.

Coming soon

E-commerce revenue attribution

No revenue is attributed back to the campaign that produced it.
